By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any Legways Games application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

Virtual Items and Currency

Our games may offer in-app purchases for virtual items, currency, or features. All purchases are:

• Final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store payment systems
• Subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms
• Licensed, not sold, and have no monetary value outside the game
• Non-transferable between accounts or to other users

Payment Terms

By making a purchase, you authorize us (through Apple or Google) to charge your payment method. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including unauthorized charges if you fail to protect your account credentials.

Refunds

Refund requests should be directed to Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their refund policies. Legways Games does not process refunds directly.

Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of Legways Games, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software code, and game mechanics, are owned by Legways, Inc. and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Trademarks

"Legways Games," "Legways," and related logos are trademarks of Legways, Inc. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

User-Generated Content

If you submit content to our games (e.g., usernames, profiles), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating our games.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legways Games disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that our games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of content or results
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

We do not guarantee that our games will meet your requirements or expectations, or that they will be compatible with all devices or operating systems.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our games shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. You may have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Legways, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms of Use
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

Termination by You

You may stop using our games at any time by uninstalling them from your device and discontinuing use of your account.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our games at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms of Use
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• At our discretion for operational or business reasons

Upon termination, your right to use our games will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue our games (or any features within them) at any time without notice or liability to you.

We may release updates, patches, or new versions that you must install to continue using our games. Failure to install updates may result in degraded functionality or inability to use the games.

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us through our official contact form to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work with you in good faith to reach a resolution.

Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any claims or disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

• Arbitration will be conducted in North Carolina, USA
• The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding
• You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit

Some jurisdictions do not allow arbitration agreements. If the arbitration clause is deemed unenforceable in your jurisdiction, this section does not apply to you.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina and the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding (if not subject to arbitration) shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms in our games or on our website.

We will notify you of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Displaying a notice in our games
• Sending an email notification (if you've provided your email)

Your continued use of our games after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our games.
